The Blue Djinn is an Evil genie in the I Dream of Jeannie Season 2 opening episode "Happy Anniversary". The part of the Blue Djinn is played by Michael Ansara, the then real-life husband of Barbara Eden, who also later appears as old ancient Hawaiian monarch King Kamehameha in the Season 3 episode titled "The Battle of Waikiki".

He imprisoned Jeannie in her bottle 2,000 years earlier, which Tony found washed ashore on Cocoa Beach while in the midst of a training mission.

The Blue Djinn was also imprisoned in a bottle after he imprisoned Jeannie. The Blue Djinn's bottle is an aged, black-and-greenish bottle identical to Jeannie's bottle and her wicked twin sister Jeannie's bottle. This bottle is only seen in the Season 2 episode "Happy Anniversary".
